Fiscal year 2022-2023 is quickly coming to an end. The final day of this fiscal year is Thursday, Aug. 31.<\/strong><\/p>\n Now is the time to make sure your department\u2019s expenses are in order!<\/strong><\/p>\n It cannot be assumed that anything you have ordered, but not yet received, will become an expense of your 2023-2024 (new year) budget, it will not. Please act accordingly to secure delivery of undelivered items by Aug. 31.<\/p>\n Anything not received by Aug. 31 will necessitate that the purchase order be canceled.<\/p>\n PURCHASE ORDERS<\/strong> For any Banner POs, return the SIGNED Payment Authorization copy of the Purchase Order to the Accounts Payable Office (ADM 260), or you can send an email to authorize payment to\u00a0accountspayable@hvcc.edu<\/a>. Please include the PO# and vendor name in your email.<\/p>\n TRAVEL EXPENSES<\/strong><\/p>\n If you have not submitted your Spring 2023<\/strong> travel expenses for reimbursement yet, please submit them to Accounts Payable ASAP<\/strong>. The Electronic Travel Expense Report and instructions can be found on the college intranet at\u00a0https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/finance\/ap\/index.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nIf you have received items that you ordered, please \u201creceive\u201d them in the ThorStore no later than 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31<\/strong>, preferably by Wednesday, Aug. 30.<\/p>\n
\nPlease be sure that any Summer 2023<\/strong> travel expense reimbursement forms are received in Accounts Payable by Tuesday, Aug. 29<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
