September is Suicide Prevention Month and today’s quote reminds us that many people are struggling, but help and support are available.<\/p>\n

We want to make you aware of the resources available to you or perhaps someone you love. If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, remember that dialing or texting the National Suicide & Crisis Hotline at 988, as well as visiting https:\/\/988lifeline.org\/<\/a>, is a direct connection to local resources and get the help.<\/p>\n
