Both meetings will take place in the BTC Meeting Rooms on Monday, Sept. 25. \u00a0All members of the HVCC community are welcome to attend!<\/p>\n<p>We will start the Annual Meeting promptly at 2 p.m. The Sept. 25 Meeting of the Academic Senate will start immediately after the Annual Meeting (around 2:30-2:40 p.m.). While there will be a Zoom option available, I would like to request that all voting members of Senate attend in person unless extenuating circumstances exist that prevent in person attendance for this meeting. If you are speaking at the meeting, please use one of the microphones provided so that your statements are captured on the recording.<\/p>\n<p><em>Meeting Logistics for those attending via Zoom:<br \/>\n<\/em>The Zoom meeting will be open at approximately 1:55 pm. We will use a waiting room.\u00a0 As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are \u201cpresent.\u201d If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a \u201cguest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak.
