Instead of trying to find that button in Word, there are easy shortcuts.<\/p>\n<p>For example, to start numbering in a document, begin by typing the number 1 followed by a period (.). Once you press the space key, Word will automatically create the numbering system. Pressing &#8220;enter&#8217; will create the next number in the sequence.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s say you need some bullet points. Begin with an asterisk (*) then press the Space key. Ta-da! You have created an accessible bullet point. Then press &#8220;enter&#8221; to create additional bullet points.<\/p>\n<p>Numbering and bullet points are the two most common inaccessibility mistakes made in Word.
