As part of a machining laboratory class, they collaborated with the museum to modify a radiator cap for a Mercer Raceabout (for those who don’t know, this is a very rare sports car). In turn, the museum will now have a moto meter when using the car at events and touring.

This was a very unique opportunity, and they hope to further the partnership with Heritage Museum and Gardens and continue with these types of exciting projects in the future.

Published: Wed, 27 Mar 2024 11:35:51 +0000 by a.finelli

An Advanced Manufacturing Technology student, Ben Hess, along with Assistant Professor Brian Wickham, recently worked on an antique car…

[6

post-21889","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-accolades
["GET
