Walking, especially in nature, has numerous benefits for our physical health, but also has many benefits for our mental and emotional health. To learn more about the benefits of spending time in nature, take a look at this article from the <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/monitor\/2020\/04\/nurtured-nature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Psychological Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Look for an upcoming announcement next week for a new time slot, weather pending! Students, faculty, and staff are welcome. We will depart with the group shortly after the starting time, so please try to be timely. We will walk from the putting green to the nature trail and then back into the campus.<\/p>\n<p>We will possibly look to identify additional time slots this semester to host other walks based on attendance of our walks.
