Kimberlee Peabody Joins Foundation<\/b><\/p>\n

Kimberlee Peabody, formerly with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s office of annual giving, joins the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation as the director of annual giving and donor relations.<\/p>\n

“Kim impressed the search committee with her experience running a highly successful campaign for RPI and successfully managing a cohort of alumni volunteers,” said Ray Kimmelblatt, executive director of the Foundation. “She brings passion and excitement to her work.”<\/p>\n

Prior to her position as an advancement officer at RPI, Peabody served as a senior foundation services officer for the Ayco Charitable Foundation. A native of Troy, she currently resides here with her husband and three children.<\/p>\n

Golf Classic Set for July 18<\/b><\/p>\n

The 17TH Annual Hudson Valley Community College Foundation\/UW Marx. Inc. Golf Classic takes place at the Troy Country Club, 100 Troy Country Club Road, on Monday, July 18 beginning at 9:30 a.m. All proceeds from this fundraiser go to the Foundation.<\/p>\n

Registration and golfer information is due by July 1. The cost for greens fees, cart, foursome photo, breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception and awards ceremony is $215 if paid by June 17 or $230 after that date. Dinner and awards ceremony attendance only is $50 per person. Guests of golfers may use the club’s tennis and swimming facilities on that day.<\/p>\n

Play will be by U.S.G.A. rules and will be a four-person scramble with a Shotgun start.<\/p>\n
