Please join your fellow employees on Thursday, Aug. 22<\/strong>\u00a0to help plant beautiful mums around our campus that will make a colorful welcome for our students on their first day of classes for the Fall 2024 semester!<\/p>\n Planting of the mums will begin at 9 a.m. <\/strong>and we encourage you to join our campus community for lunch, music and games at the Gathering On The Grounds at 11:30 a.m. to noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Staff members from all departments are encouraged to set aside time to come outside enjoy the weather and catch up with fellow staff members!<\/p>\n Same as last year, our Grounds Department will stage the mums at the locations where they can be planted no later than 9 a.m. Shovels will be left next to the mums, but please feel free to bring your own gardening tools.<\/p>\n If gardening gloves are needed, the Environmental Health and Safety Department will have some available.<\/strong><\/p>\n Extra water will be available near the Gathering on the Grounds location outside the Siek Campus Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n The mums will be planted at the following locations:<\/p>\n ADMINISRATION BUILDING SIEK CAMPUS CENTER GUENTHER ENROLLMENT SERVICES CENTER<\/strong><\/p>\n MARVIN LIBRARY<\/strong><\/p>\n AMSTUZ HALL BULMER TELECOMMUNICATIONS CENTER If you are in need of any assistance, please feel free to stop one of our grounds workers who will all be out and about around campus!<\/p>\n
