Walking, especially in nature, has numerous benefits for our physical health, but also has many benefits for our mental and emotional health. To learn more about the benefits of spending time in nature, take a look at this article from the <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/monitor\/2020\/04\/nurtured-nature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American Psychological Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join us on our walk. We will depart with the group shortly after the starting time, so please try to be timely. We will walk from the putting green to the nature trail and then back onto the campus. Please remember to wear appropriate footwear like sneakers or shoes with traction. We will look to try out various times this semester to give plenty of individuals the chance to join us for our walks.
