All members of the HVCC community are welcome to attend!<\/p>\n<p>We will start the Annual Meeting promptly at 2 p.m. \u00a0The September Meeting of the Academic Senate will start immediately after the Annual Meeting (around 2:30-2:40 p.m.). \u00a0While there will be a zoom option available, I would like to request that all voting members of Senate attend in person unless extenuating circumstances exist that prevent in person attendance for this meeting.\u00a0 If a voting member of Senate has such extenuating circumstances, please notify me at m.reynolds1@hvcc.edu by Friday close of business.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/96406910932?pwd=NkxRYnF4TEpoNVZmOXptamErQUJIUT09\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Zoom Link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meeting ID: 964 0691 0932<\/p>\n<p>Password: 65349223<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporting Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Draft Agendas for both meetings as well as the minutes for the May 2024 Senate meeting* are available at the <a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc0.sharepoint.com\/sites\/AcademicSenate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Senate Organization page in SharePoint<\/a>.\u00a0 Select Agenda Minutes and then September 2024 Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>(*Minutes for Annual 2023 Meeting were approved Oct. 2023).<\/p>\n<p>Any additional information files needed for both the Annual and the Sept. 23 meeting will be available under this same folder at a later time.<\/p>\n<p>__________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Logistics for those attending in person:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tables situated near the front of each section should be occupied by those members presenting at Monday&#8217;s meeting (those giving Special Reports and the Standing Committee Chairs).\u00a0 If you are speaking at the meeting, please use one of the microphones provided so that your statements are captured on the recording.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Logistics for those attending via Zoom:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Zoom meeting will be open at 1:55 pm. We will use a waiting room.\u00a0 As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are \u201cpresent\u201d.\u00a0 If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a \u201cguest\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak.
