Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the opening of HVCC\u2019s new STEM Education Center at the college\u2019s HVCC North Extension Center in Malta, Saratoga County.<\/a><\/p>\n

The HVCC Student Senate, led by Austin Shulkin, Ryan Connors, Kayleigh Carrino and Andrew Lee, is focusing on three main priorities for the 2024-2025 school year: boosting student engagement and empowerment, improving communication through new social media channels, and fostering inclusiveness by representing diverse student voices.<\/a><\/p>\n

On National Voter Registration Day, students, faculty, and staff at Hudson Valley Community College registered to vote!<\/a><\/p>\n

On September 13, officials from Martin Electric presented the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation with a $100,000 donation toward the creation of the college\u2019s new Applied Technology Education Center (ATEC).<\/a><\/p>\n

Second year HVCC Nursing student Lauren Kirschenbaum recently received the Patient Safety Hero award at Albany Medical Center.<\/a><\/p>\n

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting artist Dan Devine for an engaging talk about his stunning sculptures and drawings at our Teaching Gallery!<\/a><\/p>\n

The college kicked off the \u201cHVCC Guarantee\u201d on Sept. 26 with an event at Tamarac High School.<\/a><\/p>\n
