The MCD Fitness Room (MCD 195) is well equipped with hand weights, Life Fitness machines and a wide array of cardiovascular equipment. The fitness room is also used as a classroom and maintained by the Health, Physical Education and Exercise Science Department. Providing the luxury of exercising at your place of work is a way of supporting your work life balance and wellbeing!<\/p>\n<p><strong>All we ask from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Fill out a membership form with the Fitness Room attendant on a yearly basis.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bring your ID when to come to work out.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Regardless of your building access\/permissions associated with your work on campus, <strong>ONLY use the fitness room when it is open for use<\/strong>. This is a safety and liability issue.
