Each tabling event will focus on a different dimension of our wellness, as identified by the National Wellness Institute. Wellness includes the following six dimensions: physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational. See this infographic to learn more: <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ymaws.com\/members.nationalwellness.org\/resource\/resmgr\/tools2\/6dimensionssummary.pdf\">Six Dimensions of Wellness<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tabling will take place on the following Mondays from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the Siek Campus Center:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>February 3 and 17<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>March 3 and 24<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>April 7 and 28.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to educational materials provided, we will be accepting donations for the Viking Cupboard, which is the college&#8217;s food pantry that provides nutritious foods and personal care items for our students.
