Each candidate will visit campus the week of Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28. to participate in interviews and open forums with a broad range of campus constituents, and I invite you to participate where possible. I believe this to be the single most important decision the Board of Trustees is responsible for, and I implore you to please provide your assistance via your participation in one of the open forums and the subsequent online surveys. Believe me when I say that your opinions matter and will be given serious consideration when the board meets to choose your next president.<\/p>\n<p>The presidential finalists are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael S. Brophy, Ph.D., President, Hilbert College<\/li>\n<li>J. Kyle Dalpe, Ph.D., President, Western Nevada College<\/li>\n<li>Christopher M. Reber, Ph.D., President, Hudson County Community College<\/li>\n<li>Irene Rios, Ph.D., Ammerman Campus CEO\/Executive Dean, College-wide Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs, Suffolk County Community College<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/presidential-search\/finalists.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Presidential Finalists webpage<\/a> for each candidate\u2019s biography and a schedule for on-campus meetings.<\/strong> Following the campus meetings, RH Perry will distribute a stakeholder survey.
