\nAlternative theories to leadership management have emerged over the past fifty years, and while no one theory has become a unifying or dominant idea, there are useful discoveries that have been studied that should not be ignored when investigating its evolution. For this lecture we will be taking a closer look at the progression of leadership theory into what it has become today<\/p>\n
