{"id":2483,"date":"2011-08-26T11:00:34","date_gmt":"2011-08-26T15:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/reminder-fy-2011-is-quickly-coming-to-an-end\/"},"modified":"2011-08-26T11:00:34","modified_gmt":"2011-08-26T15:00:34","slug":"reminder-fy-2011-is-quickly-coming-to-an-end","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/reminder-fy-2011-is-quickly-coming-to-an-end\/","title":{"rendered":"Reminder: FY 2011 Is Quickly Coming to an End!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The last day of this fiscal year is Wednesday, Aug. 31.<\/p>\n<p>The time to make sure your department\u2019s expenses are in order is now!<\/p>\n<p>Due to current fiscal restraints, anything you have ordered but not received may not become an expense of your 2011-2012 (new year) budget as in years past.\u00a0 Please act accordingly to secure delivery of undelivered items by Aug. 29!<\/p>\n<p>Anything not received by Aug. 31 will necessitate that the purchase order be canceled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase Orders:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you have received items that you ordered<\/span>, please return the SIGNED Payment Authorization copy of the Purchase Order (PO) to the Accounts Payable Office (ADM 260) no later than Aug. 31, preferably <strong>by Friday, August 26<\/strong>; or<\/p>\n<p>You can send an e-mail to authorize payment to <a href=\"mailto:accountspayable@hvcc.edu\">accountspayable@hvcc.edu<\/a>.\u00a0 Please include the PO# and vendor name in your e-mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Travel Expenses<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>If you complete travel prior to Aug. 29, you must submit your Travel Expense Report to the Accounts Payable Office by Wednesday, Aug. 31 in order to be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p>The electronic Travel Expense Report and instructions can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/finance\/ap\/index.html\">https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/finance\/ap\/index.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact the Accounts Payable Office with any questions at ext. 4509.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Published:<\/strong>\u00a0Fri, 26 Aug 2011 11:00:34 +0000 by\u00a0m.ferrarodavis<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The last day of this fiscal year is Wednesday, Aug. 31.
