Love to read?\u00a0 We\u2019re starting an HVCC Book Club<\/strong>.<\/p>\n All students, faculty, staff, administrators and community members are welcome to join us for a relaxed, informal hour of book discussion.\u00a0 We hope to meet on the third Wednesday of the month at noon.\u00a0 Bring your lunch and join us.\u00a0 Each month there will be a general topic to get the discussion going. \nOur first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 19<\/strong> at noon in the Marvin Library MultiPurpose Room. \u00a0The topic of discussion will be Amy Tan<\/strong> in preparation for her campus visit on Wednesday, Nov. 2. \u00a0If you’re reading any of Amy Tan’s books, have something to share about Amy Tan or are just interested in learning more, please mark your calendars to join us on Oct. 19 at noon in the MPR!<\/p>\n
