General hours will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 11 a.m. &#8211; 2 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. &#8211; 2 p.m., and scheduled evening events.<\/p>\n<p>Opening reception will be Friday, March 25 at Troy Night Out and will include:<\/p>\n<p>5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. readings of the children&#8217;s picture book <i>Sheila Says We&#8217;re Weird<\/i> by the local author, Ruth Ann Smalley.
