<\/span>Fall 2011 courses in Blackboard will become unavailable to students on Friday, Dec. 23<\/span> at 11:59 p.m. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span>Incompletes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Grade Center Tutorials:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Archive Your Old Course<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n It is recommended that you archive your course; it can serve as your historical record of course work. The archived course contains the course material with the student course submissions (discussion, Bb quizzes\/tests and assignments). It is recommended that you archive at the end of each term, once you’ve submitted student grades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n — <\/span><\/span><\/span>In your course, select Control Panel<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>—Select Archive Course<\/span><\/strong> under Course Options<\/span><\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>—Select Archive<\/span><\/strong> from the tool menu. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>—Select Submit<\/span><\/strong>, and then select OK <\/span><\/strong>on the next screen. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>—You will receive an email from Blackboard when the Archive is complete on the system.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>—From the Control Panel<\/span><\/strong> in the course you are archiving, select Archive Course<\/span><\/strong> again. <\/span>—Select the link for the most recent archive file. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>—Select Save<\/span><\/strong> and choose a location to save the archive file to (i.e. your desktop or your H: Drive).
