The evening will include an opening address, panelists experienced in the restorative justice process &#8211; a victim, an offender, a community accountability member and a judge &#8211; with an opportunity for dialogue between participants and guests.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers include:<\/p>\n<p>David R.
