Student Communications Calendar Preview<\/strong><\/p>\n WHAT: <\/strong>The Student Communications Calendar<\/strong> is a calendar that identifies what is being sent to students, when it\u2019s sent and by whom. The calendar will include mailings (U.S. mailings and e-mailings) and\u00a0phone calls.<\/p>\n WHERE: <\/strong> Here\u2019s the link to the calendar, which also will be posted on the\u00a0 the Faculty Staff web page (left hand side): https:\/\/stucomm.hvcc.edu<\/a>. Enter your e-mail username and your e-mail password. All employees have access to the calendar.<\/p>\n WHY: <\/strong>It\u2019s a way for student service offices to share information with the campus and is a resource for employees.<\/p>\n HOW: <\/strong>The Student Communication Calendar was made possible through the support of the Enrollment Committee, the departments posting information to the calendar, and Bette Frisino and Sue Glaude.<\/p>\n ETC.: <\/strong>Not all offices have posted their communications yet, but the calendar will be\u00a0completed by August.<\/p>\n
