Andrew Cuomo&#8217;s &#8220;new&#8221; New York Education Reform Commission. Speakers identified problems in the state&#8217;s public schools, colleges and universities, as well as suggested solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday&#8217;s hearing in Albany was the first of 10 planned around the state.
