Fiscal year 2012 is quickly coming to an end.\u00a0 The last day of this fiscal year is Friday, Aug. 31.<\/sup><\/p>\n Now is the time to make sure your department\u2019s expenses are in order!<\/p>\n Due to current fiscal restraints, anything you have ordered but not received may not become an expense of your 2012-2013 (new year) budget as in years past.\u00a0 Please act accordingly to secure delivery of undelivered items by Aug. 29!<\/p>\n Anything not received by August 31 <\/sup>will necessitate that the purchase order be canceled.<\/p>\n Purchase Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong>If you have received items that you ordered<\/span>, please return the SIGNED Payment Authorization copy of the Purchase Order (PO) to the Accounts Payable Office (ADM 260) no later than Aug. 31, preferably by Wednesday, Aug. 29<\/strong>.<\/p>\n or<\/p>\n You can send an e-mail to authorize payment to accountspayable@hvcc.edu<\/a>.\u00a0 Please include the PO# and vendor name in your e-mail.<\/p>\n Travel Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n If you complete travel prior to Aug. 27,<\/sup> you must submit your Travel Expense Report to the Accounts Payable Office by Wednesday, Aug. 29 in order to be reimbursed.<\/p>\n
