The Controversial Issues Process (Conflict Resolution) Workshop helps individuals and groups move hotly contested issues forward by teaching a set of skills that are essential for effective conflict resolution, listening first to the heartfelt concerns on all sides and then reframing the debate in a way that builds bridges.<\/p>\n
The workshop helps participants to:<\/p>\n
— Listen to and understand all sides of the dispute<\/p>\n
— Find common ground<\/p>\n
— Reframe the issue in a way that takes all sides into consideration<\/p>\n
— Develop concrete solutions through productive discussion<\/p>\n
