Information Technology Services (ITS) has enacted very aggressive Spam settings to incoming and outgoing e-mail in an effort to fix our e-mail reputation score. Due to the phishing scams that employees have responded to in the last few weeks, our score has plummeted.<\/p>\n
ITS will be monitoring queues for issues with these Spam settings, but we also need our users to be vigilant in confirming that legitimate recipients are indeed receiving e-mails you’ve sent them.<\/p>\n
In addition, we ask everyone to frequently check their Junk folder.
