You must be present all three days<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hudson Valley Community College is hosting its 13th<\/sup> and final National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) three-day Train-the-Trainer program, and we would like to invite administrators, faculty and staff.\u00a0 Ten slots have been reserved for employees of Hudson Valley Community College and Educational Opportunity Center.\u00a0 Please note: there is no<\/span><\/strong> registration fee if you would like to participate.<\/p>\n

The program will be held in the Siek Campus Center Exhibition room, 2nd<\/sup> floor, from 8 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m.\u00a0 A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.\u00a0 Please note: in order to attend this training, participants must be present for all three days<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The NCBI Three-Day Train-the-Trainer Seminar<\/em> is an intensive course that teacher people how to lead two highly effective programs:\u00a0 the NCBI Prejudice Reduction Workshop<\/em> and the NCBI Controversial Issue Process.<\/em><\/p>\n

The NCBI Prejudice Reduction Workshop<\/em> is a one-day program that NCBI has implemented in hundreds of schools, universities, corporations, government agencies, trade unions, religious institutions, and community organizations throughout the world.\u00a0 At the Train-the-Trainer Seminar<\/em>, participants meet in small learning groups where they receive individual coaching in leading each component of both programs.<\/p>\n

The NCBI Prejudice Reduction Workshop<\/em> consists of series of incremental, experiential activities that help participants:<\/p>\n
