According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics\u2019<em> Occupational Outlook Handbook<\/em>, average salary for full-time medical transcriptionists is approximately $32,900.<\/p>\n<p>The WDI course provides training in Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Transcription. The majority of the lessons are done independently, while periodic \u201cLive-Online\u201d sessions allow the students to join the instructor in a &#8220;virtual classroom.&#8221; Students can expect to spend 12 &#8211; 24 hours a week on this course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical Transcription Online + Live-Online<\/strong> training is ideal for those looking for a new career or a steady second-income. Plus, most medical transcriptionists work from home as independent contractors and enjoy the flexibility of setting their own schedules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition:<\/strong> $2,059.
