The City of Troy no longer is issuing Certificates of Residence for City of Troy residents who attend Hudson Valley Community College.<\/p>\n

City of Troy residents can obtain a Certificate of Residence, with appropriate documentation, at the Cashier\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong> \u2014 There are three (3) different application forms:
\n–All counties except Rensselaer
\n–City of Troy
\n–Rensselaer County except City of Troy<\/p>\n
