Fiscal Year 2013 is quickly coming to an end. <\/strong>
\nThe last day of this fiscal year is Friday, Aug. 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now is the time to make sure your department\u2019s expenses are in order!<\/p>\n

It can no longer be assumed that anything you have ordered, but not received will become an expense of your 2013-2014 — new year — budget.<\/p>\n

Please take action now to secure delivery of undelivered items by Aug. 28!<\/sup><\/strong> Anything not received by Aug. 30 will necessitate that the purchase order be canceled.<\/p>\n

Purchase Orders
\nIf you have received items that you ordered<\/em><\/strong>, please return the SIGNED Payment Authorization copy of the Purchase Order (PO) to\u00a0 Accounts Payable (ADM 260) no later than Aug. 30, preferably by Wednesday, Aug. 28<\/strong>
\nor
\nYou can send an e-mail authorizing payment to accountspayable@hvcc.edu<\/a>.\u00a0 Please include the PO# and vendor name in your e-mail.<\/p>\n

Travel Expenses<\/strong>
\nIf you complete travel prior to Aug. 26<\/strong><\/em>, you must submit your Travel Expense Report to Accounts Payable by Wednesday, Aug. 28 in order to be reimbursed.<\/p>\n

The electronic travel expense report (ADM 260) and instructions can be found at www.hvcc.edu\/finance\/ap<\/a>.<\/p>\n
