Please DO NOT submit again or it will take even longer. Call the Center for Distance and Online Learning if you need assistance. \u00a0Also, check out What\u2019s New and Different in service pack 11, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/deptweb-dlweb\/docpdfs\/WhatisNewandDifferentSP11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">www.hvcc.edu\/deptweb-dlweb\/docpdfs\/WhatisNewandDifferentSP11.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the upgrade, there are a few important things that we have discovered which you will need to do in addition to the usual course preparations. These include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Links:<\/strong> Check your links. Make sure you have them set to \u201copen in a new window.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check Availability:<\/strong>\u00a0 The upgrade set all courses to \u201cunavailable\u201d status.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incompletes:<\/strong> If you have any incompletes for Spring 2013 or Summer 2013, please make your courses available again immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discussion Board: <\/strong>Display after dates and Display until dates for closing Discussion Board forums are not currently working. If you want to make a forum unavailable you can just click on \u201cmake unavailable\u201d. However, students will still see the forum text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We will continue to communicate with you on anything else we discover.\u00a0 The Help Desk is available this weekend by e-mailing <a href=\"mailto:DLHelp@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\">DLHelp@hvcc.edu<\/a> or calling (518) 629-7070.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The rest of the course preparation is as usual.
