Wihbey Art Scholarship Program.<\/p>\n<p>One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is being offered along with two honorable mentions in the amount of $250. Entering freshman and current college students are eligible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acceptance of this scholarship requires recipient to complete a 40-hour volunteer internship; please be aware of that criteria before applying.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application, transcript and all requested information must be received no later than 6 p.m. Dec. 14, 2013.
