Other individuals who may not have served in that capacity may be entitled to such leave of absence if they otherwise satisfy the criteria set forth in Section 63.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If you believe you are entitled to such leave of absence, please notify your supervisor\u00a0 before Nov. 1, 2013 if you intend to take such leave. This leave must be recorded on your\u00a0attendance submission as Administrative Leave (AL).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Please be advised that if granting the leave of absence would endanger the public safety or health of persons cared for by the state, the College may deny the request and give you a leave of absence with pay on another day in lieu thereof.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>James J.
