Garfinkel Essay Contest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Entries for the 2014 David A. Garfinkel Essay Contest will be accepted until April 1. This year&#8217;s essay topic is: <em><strong>Who Watches the Watchers? Free Speech and Free Press in the Electronic Age? Free Speech and Free Press in the Electronic Age<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The contest is open to all CUNY and SUNY community college students registered for either the Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 semester.
