www.hvcc.edu\/secure\/staff\/assessment\/strategic-plan2014-19-draft.pdf<\/a><\/p>\nThe Planning Committee has spent the past 18 months developing the new Strategic Plan using information from a variety of sources including focus groups, college- and SUNY-level data, environmental scans, demographic data, trend analysis, and the data collected as part of the Middle States Self-Study process. The strategic directions and priorities described in the plan resulted from extensive analysis and discussion of this information.<\/p>\n
The Planning Committee expects to present the final 2014-2019 Strategic Plan to the Academic Senate at the May 19, 2014 meeting. It will then be sent to Senior Staff and the President for their review and submitted to the Board of Trustees for final approval<\/p>\n
The Committee now seeks campus-wide input on this draft plan to create the most comprehensive, high quality, collaborative strategic plan possible for use over the next five years. Open forums will be scheduled in March and early April to gather campus input.<\/p>\n
