It includes an in-depth study of the practical aspects of residential and light commercial air conditioning equipment and systems for those individuals who have a strong interest in the fundamentals of air conditioning systems. An emphasis is placed on the theory of heat transfer, installation practices, the use of instruments and gauges to assist in fault diagnosis, and the importance of good service.
