On May 3, 2014, I will be\u00a0walking in the Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Walk. I have made a bold commitment to raise much needed funds to find a cure for digestive diseases.\u00a0Our team\u00a0goal is to raise $1,500.<\/p>\n
My husband has suffered from Crohn’s Disease for 17 years (since he was just 16 years old, also the year we started dating). Even after two bowel resection surgeries, medications, dietary restrictions and IV treatments, he still lives in pain every day.\u00a0 He is the reason this cause is very near and dear to my heart.
