Mindfulness Meditation<\/strong>\u00a0classes will continue at noon on Tuesdays, in the Interfaith Prayer Room (Siek Campus Center, Room 220) throughout the summer session.<\/p>\n

Participants will be introduced to mindfulness meditation through guided practice and group discussion. Sessions will last 10 to 20 minutes.<\/p>\n
