In order to connect to this network, a guest must first review Hudson Valley\u2019s privacy policy, then complete a form with their name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. A verification code will then be sent to the e-mail address and mobile phone number provided.<\/p>\n<p><b>Launch of New Technical Support Help Desk<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Details of the New Technical Support Help Desk, including Live Chat and Remote Desktop Support, can be found on the ITS Web page at: <a title=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/its\/support.html\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/its\/support.html\" target=\"_blank\">www.hvcc.edu\/its\/support.html<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When calling 629-7311, option 3 will transfer you to the Technical Support Help Desk or you can call direct at 629-7364.
