I am collecting donations for both the Fisher House<\/strong> and the Stratton Inn, <\/strong>both wonderful facilities located at the Stratton VA Medical Center.<\/p>\n

Alumni Micheal Fitzpatrick, a graduate of the college’s Human Services Department, is director of the Fisher House. Both of these facilities house veterans and\/or their families, who live 50 miles or more from the VA while the veteran is going through treatment (like the Ronald McDonald house).<\/p>\n

Donations of the following items are greatly appreciated:
\n–small, travel-size soap, shampoo, conditioner
\n–white towels and wash cloths
\n–paper products (cups and plates)
\n–paper towels
\n–toilet paper
\n–hand-knitted slippers or lap robes (for woman)<\/p>\n
