Using locally grown produce was one of the requirements of this year’s Chowderfest, and the EOC team used fresh corn from Hank’s Farm stand in Wynantskill that was grown at Hand Melon Farm in Greenwich.<\/p>\n
The team, led by professor Joe Forget and assisted by EOC receptionist Erica Jackson and recruiter Millie Delgado, sold 30 gallons of chowder throughout the day.
