Simply put, \u00a0this is an excellent time to remember that you should always save export files from your courses that have just ended, as you will need the content from those export files for the subsequent sections of those courses that you teach. For a refresher on how to do this, use the following link:\u00a0<em><strong><a style=\"color: #528f6c;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/deptweb-dlweb\/faculty.php?id=1206&amp;cat=28\" target=\"_blank\">Export Your Course<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>In a related vein,<\/strong><\/span> you also should always create archive files of courses that have just ended, and save copies of them to your local computer or network drive (<em><strong><a style=\"color: #528f6c;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/deptweb-dlweb\/faculty.php?id=1348&amp;cat=29\" target=\"_blank\">How do I do that?<\/a><\/strong><\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Why?<\/strong><\/span> The archive file represents a complete historical record of your course, one which contains all of the work that your students did in that course, and preserves all of your students\u2019 grades and grading feedback.
