Faculty member Jamey Thompson is facilitating the purchase through his hay man.  Total cost for the quarter is approx. $550. I bought a quarter from Jamey last January and still have some in the freezer. It works out to be a good deal, especially considering these cows are all grass-fed, no antibiotics or chemicals.  <\/p>\n<p>The beef comes vacuum-packed and cut pretty standard, but there is some flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested, please let Jamey know via e-mail at j.thompson@hvcc.edu <strong>today<\/strong>.
