{"id":6419,"date":"2015-03-03T13:00:07","date_gmt":"2015-03-03T18:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/important-graduation-deadlines-4\/"},"modified":"2015-03-03T13:00:07","modified_gmt":"2015-03-03T18:00:07","slug":"important-graduation-deadlines-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/important-graduation-deadlines-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Important graduation deadlines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Spring &amp; Summer 2015 Degree\/Certificate Application Deadlines<\/p>\n<p>This is a reminder that the degree\/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2015 and Summer 2015 graduation are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Spring 2015 \u2014 Tuesday, March 31, 2015<br \/>\nSummer 2015 \u2014 Monday, June 15, 2015<\/p>\n<p>If you plan on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree\/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar\u2019s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above. Please note that a completed degree\/certificate application requires department chairperson\/advisor signature. Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e. a spring application received on April 1 will be considered a Summer 2015 application and a summer application received on June 16 will be considered a Fall 2015 application).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Important Note<\/em><\/strong><em>: <\/em>Summer 2015 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that you can attend.
