Hogan on Thursday, March 19 from noon to 12:50 a.m. in the BTC Auditorium.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick J. Hogan, investigator with the New York State Police and a Hudson Valley Community College alumnus, speaks about Community Narcotics Enforcement Teams (CNET) and the impact of short-term vs. long-range planning on the community.
