It is for an in-ground pool or can be installed\u00a0on a\u00a0dock or platform at a lake or ocean. It is a custom Cobalt blue color, has two water sprays to keep the slide wet (also great to heat the water). I have stored it indoors. The ladder and hardware are included; approximately 8-feet tall, no cracks, just some scratches on the edges for going down the slide.
