Did you know that you can submit student announcements in the Campus Chronicle interface?*<\/p>\n

Every Monday at 9 a.m. students receive weekly e-mails highlighting announcements, news and events\u00a0 (similar to the daily e-mail sent to faculty and staff). So, make sure to get your announcements posted by Friday to be included in the weekly e-mail! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Student announcements also are available on the Students Web page<\/a> and on the MyHudsonValley\/Blackboard homepage and students are encouraged to check that daily to see the most recent posts.<\/p>\n

How to Submit<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Click on the “Submit Article\/Student Announcements<\/a>” tab in the Campus Chronicle.<\/li>\n
  2. Post your title and message<\/li>\n
  3. Check the “Student Announcement” box in the Categories section
    \nKeep in mind that you can select both a “Campus Announcement” category and a “Student Announcement” category to streamline your communication if the message is pertinent to both groups. You may also submit separate announcements if you’d like to deliver separate messages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *NOTE:<\/strong> Only announcements related to college business and activities will be posted. Please do not post classified-type announcements or other general interest, unless they are supported by a college club, organization or office. Be sure to include contact information as students do not see the individual’s name who posted the message.<\/p>\n
