{"id":7095,"date":"2015-10-08T20:34:32","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T00:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/eoc-is-participating-in-chowderfest\/"},"modified":"2015-10-08T20:34:32","modified_gmt":"2015-10-09T00:34:32","slug":"eoc-is-participating-in-chowderfest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/eoc-is-participating-in-chowderfest\/","title":{"rendered":"EOC is participating in Chowderfest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/eoc\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Educational Opportunity Center<\/a>&#8216;s Culinary Arts program will offer two varieties of chowder as a participant in the ninth annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.downtowntroy.org\/special-events\/chowderfest-2015.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chowderfest<\/a> on Sunday, Oct. 11 in downtown Troy.<\/p>\n<p>Chowderfest, presented by the Troy Business Improvement District (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.downtowntroy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">BID<\/a>), will take place along River Street near the Green Island Bridge. The event begins at noon and officially ends at 4 p.m. But often the chowder runs out long before then, so arrive early! We hope to see you there!<\/p>\n<p>The EOC&#8217;s two chowders will be an old-fashioned clam steam chowder with sweet potato chip and a creamy, Clam&#8217;s Casino chowder.
