Dr. Linda Lim has had her class participate every year and this year we had a record eight teams!<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to design and build a device to launch an uncooked mini pumpkin at a target placed approximately 85 feet away. The propulsion must be mechanical &#8212; no explosives or compressed gasses are allowed.
