Diversity and Inclusion in Higher Education<\/strong> Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. \u2013 1 p.m.<\/strong> The Office of the President, the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Development, and the Student Senate are hosting this workshop on Diversity in Higher Education.<\/p>\n The workshop, presented by Ekow King, director of the Office of Intercultural Student Engagement<\/a> at the University at Albany, is designed to encourage self-reflection and support the process of understanding the challenges and opportunities presented when working, living and learning in a modern higher educational environment. The purpose of the workshop is to increase the cultural competency of students, faculty and staff on our campus in a safe and respectful setting.<\/p>\n Seating is limited to 25 participants; lunch will be provided.
