Participants will be introduced to the practice of Mindfulness Meditation through guided practice and group discussion. Sessions last between 10 and 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness Meditation is simply the practice of intentionally focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgement. Mindfulness meditation promotes mental and physical health.
